Substitution Policy:

While we strive to fulfill your precise requests, the availability of certain flowers may be affected by seasonal fluctuations and other factors. As such, we retain the right to make substitutions, ensuring that the overall style and color scheme of your arrangement remains intact. Any substitutions made will be of equal or greater value. Should you have specific floral preferences, kindly provide those details in the special instructions during checkout.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change. To accommodate this, cancellations can be processed up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders that are already en route or have been delivered. Should a cancellation occur within 24 hours of the requested delivery, a 50% refund of the total sale will be issued.

Returns & Refunds:

As the beauty of flowers is fleeting, we recognize that perishable items entail final sales. Returns can be accepted exclusively for quality-related issues. In the event of such a concern, we are pleased to replace the item. Please note that only quality matters, such as damages during delivery, warrant a return and replacement. Upon receipt, the responsibility of proper care rests with the purchaser. This includes regular watering and timely re-cutting of flower stems for arrangements like hand-tied and vase designs.
